Aliso Viejo Parkway near Moulton Parkway
As you are going downhill Eastbound on Aliso Viejo Pkwy, towards Moulton Pkwy, there will be a motorcycle cop (sometimes 2 of them) hiding on the dirt path on the right side (almost directly across from Briarglenn). There are a few trees to give them a good hiding place. Note that they don’t leave their radar gun on all the time, seems like they visually see who is speeding down the hill and then they raise their radar gun.
