Be extremely careful in Lake City GA. The police look for any ticket opportunity. I see an average of 7-12 cars pulled over every week.

Yes, definitely don't speed in Lake City any time of the day. I drill at Fort Gillem there in Lake City/Forest Park and drive there very early in the morning. The police are out there in the dark with radar on watching the roads even in the early hours. Don't go over the 40 MPH speed limit. This city obviously derives much of their income from speeding fines.
