All School Zones
The speed limit in Carmel school zones is 25 mph. That’s fine, except for the fact that the limit is in effect from 7AM-10PM EVERY DAY. (Yes, even Christmas). Even on the widest, safest roads, enforcement is common. Look out especially on E. 126th St. at Mohawk Trails Elementary School.

It's actually 7AM - 7PM M-F, but be careful around these areas anyway as some cops are bound to be more strict about enforcing it even on off days.
It is 7AM to 7PM, but what is stranger, some signs say "school days only" while some say nothing indicating every day even when school is not in session. There seems to be no logic to it, so you just have to know your route.
