Usually an unmarked will be parked on a street that intersects Kingston (usually along meridian lane, sundale drive or lyndhurst) patrol cars are further down those roads, vascar is used to tell speed, the unmarked car radios one of the patrol cars, you get pulled over. The limit is 25 mph, way too many people speed on Kingston
