On Red Belt through the cheesey, low-rent area called Fair Oaks. They have an ENRADD set up with the cop supposedly able to see which car is driving past it.

This area is actually in Leet Twp., which is in Allegheny County as opposed to Ambridge, which is in Beaver County. Locals call the area Fair Oaks but its official name is Leet Twp. The Leet Twp. Police Dept. and Leetsdale Police Dept. have assist one another with traffic enforcement in their respective jurisdictions for decades. The fines are expensive and rarely does the magistrate rule in the violator's favor.
