Anderson Mill Road and Treeline
Very long School zone, DPS, APD, and Williamson County Sheriffs’ Departments patrol this area. It is a 40 mph speed zone until you get to the school zone, which is 25 mph. The police “love” this area. It is a major revenue generator for the local governments. Police seem to catch you doing 10/11 miles per hour over the speed limit all the time.

If the weather is good (mostly dry and sunny) there will be 2-3 motorcycle cops either Williamson County Sherrifs or Austin PD motor cops - waiting for you. They like to eat lunch at Moonies Hamburgers in the 183/Anderson Mill Shopping Center.
