Anderson Rd just north of I 40 to 29th street
North of 29th and Anderson and south of I-40 on Anderson is Midwest city and the speed is 45 mph. Between 29th and I-40 is Oklahoma city, and the speed drops to 40. They’re there everyday, Usually near the entrance to the Jehova’s Witness Temple. They catch the folks coming topping the hill
