Anderson Street near Mills Avenue
On Anderson just before Mills Ave. and imediately after the Mills Ave Exit from 408. Multiple Orlando Police Officers sit on an Utility access road on the left hand side of Anderson, hidden by heavy shade Oaks. Officer normally stands on the side of the road with vehicle well out of view until your right on them.
