Any City Street near State Highway not covered by PV cops
April 2008, I was blinded by knee-level photo flash being "tested" by police. Looked like a cameraman’s lost luggage on the sidewalk, 2-3 cases and 2 tripods with some cables. According to the policeman with whom I spoke, it should be operational by June 15, and the operator can be up to 300 feet away from the roadside equipment. Hazardous to drivers due to distraction and blinding flash.

Only a hazard if you are driving over the speed limit which is a hazard to other drivers. Prescott Valley do not use trypod Cameras.
