Any Street In Pasadena
The city is in a heavy revenue mode, and is ticketing at 5mph over the limit just about anywhere. Do not have a drink in old town. The Police watch it very heavily for extra revenue. I live close to Pasadena and consider it a road hazard on the way to the freeway!!!!

The cities make very little on traffic citations. I f anyone believes that police depts write tickets for money, think again. Cities make most of their money on parking violations. That revenue stays mostly with the cities. Citations issued for VC codes are split amongst many different pots. The cities get less than 10% of the total amount collected on traffic citations.
They also watch at stop signs to catch people "running" stop signs. I was ticketed once on Arroyo Boulevard for running a stop sign when I had actually marked the stop -- however it would have been my word against the mountie's, and he obviously had a quota to fill.
