Anywhere in the city limits of Saltillo.
The city has hired a cop from Crump and he applies the same sneaky, underhanded tactics to stop drivers here. Watch the speed limit signs as they are not spaced properly and he starts writing tickets around 3-4 mph over posted limit. Don’t know if he is radar POST certified or not, but city judge always backs officer anyway. If you can avoid a trip through town, I’d advise it.

the rent a cop in saltillo protects certain people and charges the other ones. the talk is slow down coming into saltillo to buy your drugs. the mayor is a convicted felon that the D.A. and sheriff would not even charge him with buying a gun and being a felon and gave him his so called rights back. the local judge for hardin county let the mayor off for child abruse. the drugs flow in saltillo and you have to wonder who all gets a cut. surely not the local law inforcements. you want drugs, saltillo has one person controling the market with easy access. so come and get it. but slow down. forgot to tell you the DA is now being investigated we'll see if that works. letting prisoners smoke crack, what a shame among a lot of other vilations. hardin county and saltillo politics are dirty. if not coming to saltillo to buy drugs i would stay away.
