Anywhere in the city limits
Whenever the city coffers are looking a little lean these guys will be out in force in search of easy revenue. The court system is pretty much the kangaroo variety too. Be especially careful in front of Midway High school. A 50 mph limit from Waco drops to 20 mph in about a half of a block distance.
