Anywhere on Esther which is perpendicular to 29th St. (Close to Blinn)
There are two motorcycle cops out pulling over as many people as possible right after lunch. It is a 30 mph speed limit and I got pulled over today for going 38 mph. They basically just stand out in the street and motion cars over to the side. Be careful!
