Anza Avenue near State Route Pacific Coast Highway
As you are heading on Anza towards PCH two motorcycle cops will sit at the entrance to the Sav-on parking lot (before the Arco station) or behind a truck parked before the entrance and point radar guns at drivers. Two cars are usually pulled over at a time. The posted limit is 30mph and most drivers are usually going at least 40mph.
