Yes, this is most definitely a speed trap. The cop parks in the driveway of the Comfort Suites Inn, that is hidden by bushes along the road. As you are traveling east bound on Arapaho toward Addison Road, and you crest the hill of the bridge, they will zap you will laser. They will also zap you if you are going west bound and pass him. Also, there is a gap in the median a littler further to the west, just east of Surveyor. The cop sits in this median area and zaps you with laser as you are traveling west bound on Arapaho. The road turns to the left and you cannot see the cop until you are right on him. He will also zap you going east bound as you pass him.
