Around the 600 Block of Main Street
The limit here drops incredibly fast from 50 to 35 to 20. Police are waiting right where the limit drops to 20. There are only two 20 mph signs as far as I saw, one on each side of town. Police recognize rental cars and are very aware of how it affects your license. No stop signs, no reduce speed signs, no flashing indicators and Police give you no chance to discuss just ask for your license and then hand you a citation. Defiently a trap. Hope to save you from this garbage.

I agree with this post...I received a speeding ticket here for 10 mph over the limit in September, 2011. Was driving a car with Wyoming plates. The speed changes suddenly, and if you're a tourist (like me) and not paying close attention you'll get snagged. The officer was green, about 21, and he had to go around 4 vehicles BEHIND me to get me - all the vehicles behind me were from CO (my wife noticed the plates) and doing the same speed. I tried to fight this, got the points reduced to 1, but was still fuming after it was all over.
