Arthur Teague Parkway near Century-Tel Center
This one is just heinous. As the south bound lanes of Arthur-Teague come to their end just past the Century-Tel Center, the speed limit pointlessly drops from 55 to 45, then to 35! At the very end of the parkway, where it ends and you have to make a left, sits a lone officer, pulling folks over just as fast as he can write them.
