Arthur Teague Parkway near War Veterans Home
Going north on Arthur-Teague just before you reach the Shreve/Barksdale bridge, sitting behind the sign to the entry of the War Veterans Home, (where war veterans recieve permanent care), is a cop gunning for speeders. The speed limit is 55, but could very easily be 65.
