As you come into town right where the speed drops to 40 mph
Speed limit drops to 40 mph with "NO WARNING". Cop usually sits right there at the 40 mph sign and gets you before you can slow down.

Actually it is marked, there is a sign that is actually found all over Oregon... it says, "Speed Limit 40." Trust me, it's not hard. It's 40 for about one mile and it is clearly marked east and west bound.
