as you pull off ramp going west to east turning left
At the bottom of this ramp come to a full stop. There is no turn to the right. Turning left, I looked ,it was clear, I thought I stopped, but the officer said I came to a rolling stop. After he gave me a ticket, he made a U-turn and waited for more fish in a barrel.
