At intersection of Ross Ave. and State Route 14 North to Wortham
Found him backing down beside the bridge at the underpass at Ross Ave. and State Route 14. If you are coming from Wortham and have not slowed down by then the City cop is hiding right there. Also, the City guy is at the foot of the overpass on Milam St./U.S. Hwy 84 – will get you just as you come off the overpass in either direction. Especially around 6am and 10 pm. (Right at shift change from Mexia State School).
