At Loudon and blount counties line on rt 321
Police usually and often park just into Loudon county on rt 321. I believe they use a Bapist church parking lot or driveway. they are clocking drivers traveling from blount where the speed limit is 65 and drops to 55, then 45 after entering Loudon county. You can bet on them being there.
