At the head of Memorial near Fort Ave
The speed limit drops to 25 off of Fort, but most of Memorial is 35. I just got a ticket- said he followed me all the way down from the head of Memorial but didn’t pull me over until well on Langhorne. Most people don’t know it is only 25 through here. I don’t know how I could have been doing 43 in a 25- all the other cars were going the same speed as me, and I didn’t feel I was going fast. He must have been sitting and waiting somewhere
