Hiding behind trees at the speed limit change signs on both ends of town. If you speed up too soon or pass the sign before you have reached the reduced speed they have you. As a plus, if you do not have your proof of liability with you they get you for an additional 200. Even they know from registration that you are insured.They still won’t remove the fine if you send it in later.
