Atlantic Ave Between Highwoods Blvd and New Hope Church Rd
RPD car sits on the sidewalk facing oncoming traffic at the bottom of the hill. Speed Limit is 35 mph, most traffic goes 45 mph. I was lucky, as I was slowing down as I approached him. Radar detector did not go off as it usually does when Raleigh Police are clocking, as it seems they mostly use KA band radar.
