On the eastern part of Atlantic Ave from Ocean Ave. To Long Branch Ave. A resident complained about speeders because she walks her dogs in the road. They hide in unmarked cars and sometimes a squad car on West St. and also Katherine St.with radar & chase cars. Anything over 30mph. will get you a ticket. Usually early AM.7 to 9.
