Motorcycle officer sits on 40th street about 20′ from Ave I on eastside facing North (the street sets lower than Ave I slightly hindering oncoming traffics view). Being a motorcycle and not a black and white gives him total advantage all day but even more so if driving towards the sun (obviously). The road is wide open yet the speed limit is only 55 in this area with surrounding areas 65 and even 70.
