Avenida de Los Arboles Avenue near Moorpark Boulevard
On Avenida de Los Arboles, between Moorpark and Rt 23 Freeway. The speed limit is set below the average traffic speed. I see many people getting tickets weekly. The TO Police love this area in the morning and many times they are working in pairs.

I live right off of Avenida de Las Arboles. Let me assure you that there's no shortage
of cops, both cars and motorcycles, working Arboles between Hwy. 23 and Moorpark
Road. Some of these clowns actually deserve tickets though, because they're doing
55 in a 35 zone. I don't mind those fools getting tickets, but the cheap-ass tickets
for rolling though a stop sign, come on, ! Weak...
If you get a ticket FIGHT IT. I've lived in this area since 1973, and that has always been a moneymaker for the city. A few years ago there was talk at the city council meeting to remove the sign, No can do, to good a money maker. Your insurance will go up over $400. per year, for three years if you don't.
