It’s a "T" intersection with unit on side steet. Think it’s mors of a CA stop violation that they arte getting. This is the third day. Usually in the afternoon.

This one has been around a long time. Got my last ticket there Memorial Day weekend, 1993.
DANGER ! This is a bad one. I think the worst in town.
I live very near to this stop sign and virtually pass through
here on a daily basis. I've literally seen the same cop give
dozens and dozens of tickets in the last 18 months. I live close
enough to hear the siren when he pulls over the next victim.
Even my mom got a ticket here, and she insists she stopped
all the way.
You MUST stop all the way,
You MUST stop behind the line,
You MUST not be using a cell phone.
Or, you'll be working for Ventura County for a couple of days...
