CHP parks on any of the dirt roads in the pistachio orchard, or under a shady tree on the shoulder of 21 with radar. You can’t see him in the shade until his radar already got you. Also parks on 28-1/2, north side of 21, with radar pointing at the 21/28-1/2 intersection. You can see him once you pass the last house on the right going westbound… but coming from the east you don’t stand a chance with the orchard blocking your view.
