Actually, there are NO posted speed limit signs within a mile in either direction; the speed limit is determined to be whatever the officer says at a given time; they tell some people that the limit is 35, some that it is 30 and one that it was 25.

Wrong, the speed limit in Lipscomb AVE K is 30mph and it is posted three time while in a mile. Lipscomb just a mile in a half long. Get your fact straight.
