This is a favorite of the Greenwood PD. Going north from Stop 18 to Smith Valley Road the speed limit goes from 40 to 30 in an instant. They love to hide in the neigborhood, apartment complex, and business entrances up towards Smith Valley where it changes to 30. I travel that road at least 3 times a week and I see a cop with a trap set up about 65% of the time. It’s easy fishing. The trick on that road is that there are several 40mph signs between Stop 18 and Smith Valley. By the time you hit the 30mph sign, you kind of tune out the repetative speed limit signs. Then bang they got you doing 40 in a 30.
