Back of Jet-Pep & Main St.
Glencoe has a state trooper who hides back of tne Jet -Pep on 431 watching the stop sign at the rail road crossing, also hides at the City’s lot on Main St with radar. He’s in his state car question… is he writing state tickets or Glencoe City tickets? Or is Glencoe paying him for his extra revenue? If either is true could be in violation of state law. This trooper resides in Glencoe and friends with City Hall and the new chief. This troper in all the neighborhoods in Glencoe limits. Looks as though this is more important than the state highways.
