Back Orrville Rd Road near Akron Road
Officer sits at parking lot of Lite House or Circle K. Is watching for speeders since speed changes from 50 to 35 coming into Wooster from Orrville about 1/4 mile past where he is sitting. Will give ticket for seat belt in place of speed.
