Bainbridge St near Bayrd Rd
Ford Explorer Interceptor parked next to the white house with a brick facade at the intersection of Bainbridge St and Bayrd Rd. The officer was outside of his car with a radar gun pointing at both westbound and eastbound traffic. Seen at 4PM but may be there at other times.
