Baker Creek Road near US Highway 99 West

Either church parking lot, Bethel and the Church of Latter Day Saints. Bethel is usually enforced during school hours while the LDS Church has a car at night on weekends to catch people speeding before the end of the speed zone.

Comments:
The reason this is a speed trap is because it is a school zone. Many people I observe in this speed trap want to drive 30 to 35 miles per hour. It is a 20 MPH school zone for 1 block.

Yes it is in a school zone, but in my 5 years of living 1 mile down the road from this spot, I have not seen one and I repeat one child in or around Bethel. Kids are dropped off there by parents which is set back far from the street, I do not believe they have buses, so there is no issue for bus stops, and I have never seen a walker. It's a real big pain during the school year to go 20 mph.

Ditto on the comment regarding not seeing one child. This is a church that has a school program and the students are dropped off by the parents at the door and there is never ever a bus involved with this private church school.
