Baltimore Pike Road near Ridley Creek Road

Media, PennsylvaniaNov 27, 20073 Comments

Due to accidents for turning traffic, the state posted an unreasonable speed limit. The slow speed limit actually causes issues coming down the hill coming out of Media. The officer that ticketed me actually told me the slow speed limit is not reasonable.

Comments:
The officer who told you the speed limit is unreasonable hasn't tried to cross the intersection of Balt.Pike and Ridley Creek Road. The reason for the limit is to allow drivers coming from Ridley Creek Road a fighting chance to go north or south on Balt. Pike.

Should be no left turn there. If you can't make a right there no matter what speed the cars are coming you ought to park it and stay home or get a cab. This is a cash cow speed trap, nothing else, operated by a force with a collective IQ of 25.
