Bancroft Street near the main entrance to campus
The University of Toledo is a small campus with a disproportionately high number of police officers, so you can get a ticket almost anywhere. Be especially careful driving past campus on Bancroft near the main entrance because you don’t have to be on campus to get a ticket from them.

University Police have been Granted Police Powers anytime they are off Campus.
So just treat them as any other LEO, whether in Toledo or Ottawa Hills.
And YES, they do issue tickets on ALL the surrounding streets around the University...
