The "Officers" will sit in the middle of the four lane street in the turning lane with their lights off, keep in mind it is dark outside with no street lights around. They will stop you for almost any thing and give you a ticket. You will be assigned a court date where you will sit for as much as several hours then the date will be reassigned and you given a new court date. If you are lucky it will not happen again (delay court date that is). The good news is 90% of the time the judge will dismiss the case. The sad part about is the Village has been in the newspaper and on television for this very problem. My suggestion is to avoid the village, because again they will ticket for any thing.
