Baynard Blvd & Stoney Creek Ln
Police have been catching speeders on Baynard Blvd for more than 6 months because the speed limit abruptly changes from 35 mph to 25 mph. The speed limit sign is hidden and sometimes moved by the police. Beware especially at the end of each month when the police are working on their quotas!

Did you actually say that the Police move the speed limit signs? I have some friends that are police officers and don't recall any of them receiving wrenches in the academy for moving speed limit signs.
