The police hang out at various points, from the foot of Beacon Street (partially hidden in a cul-de-sac across from the Washington Street/ Beacon Street intersection, across from and just South of the Newton-Wellesley Hospital) to Waban Square. They are sometimes off on the shoulder along Beacon Street, on either side, especially during rush hours, and also hide out in the Angier School parking lot.
