the police car sits right against the bushes right off the edge of the road( right in front of the baseball diamond, they park in the parking lot the speed limit is 25 mph but is easily exceeded by the mere size of the street and the fact of everyone trying to make the 1 second light and the intersection of Beck and 9th st
