The school zone is not marked right in some areas around the school but yet people are getting double the fines over $400 when they get pulled over even though it is not posted where the school zone starts and ends. As well one of the school zone area is marked 25 mph from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and before that sign says 35mph but people are getting tickets after 4:00 for doing over 25mph. These zones I am telling you are not marked clearly and they have lots of kids having to do community service because parents cannot afford to pay the fine. Should be the cleanest police station around though. This is a very bad speed trap. They are making alot of money out of this area on tickets. I really think this is one that needs alot of checking out and people warned about especially people coming for school functions from other towns.
