Bel Air Bypass near Exit Number Forest Hill/Bel Air
The entire Bypass is a speedtrap, however police often sit near the bridge by the Harford county Detention Center, as well as off road at the construction site right near the Harford Mall exit. This is a state run highway which is right next to the State Police barracks. Very highly monitored. Do not go over 60 mph on this road.
