Two motorcycle cops set up on the eastbound side of Bell Road, near the intersection with Blue Hole Road. There is a traffic light at the intersection. The posted speed limit is 45 and the road is wide, with 4 lanes (changing to 6 after Blue Hole Rd.) and a center lane. The cops point their radar guns at the eastbound traffic coming down the hill (with momentum) toward Blue Hole Road. I’ve seen them set up there at least 2-3 times a month, usually during the morning and lunch hours. I believe they focus on drivers going at least 10 mph over the speed limit. I drive that stretch every day and have only been pulled over and ticketed once – for going 62 in a 45 zone.
