Bell Street near State Route 306
There isn’t much to do in South Russell. Police sit in gravel lots near power lines and wait for speeders in either direction on Bell Street. From the east, you are coming down a hill and the landscape is pretty open, but cars aer obscured. Easy to go 50 in this 35 zone.
