Bellevue Avenue near Nova Road
Daytona Beach Police officers on their motorcycles sit on either side of the road just West of the Shell Station (Nova Rd. + Bellevue Ave) during Rush hour during the winter months when the sun starts to set around 5:30 and driving west bound is blinding. They use this to there advantage because you wont see them entil they are three feet ahead of you, and even with a radar detector it is almost impossible to slow down, especially if you blow through a yellow light at the intersection going west on bellevue. East bound traffic coming from Clyde Morris Blvd be careful to. They also wait until you come around the bend to hit you. This is a bad speed trap.. Becareful everyone.
