There haven't been any cops doing that for years now. At night, the gates are closed, so the only option a cop has here would be to park on the shoulder of the road on the south side of Belmont Ave. Even in daylight, the fence is see-through. And most of the time relatives of lost ones are crowding up the entrance with their cars, so a cop clocking here would seem redundant. Might happen, but not often at all.
