Monday morning 11/17/08 posted speed Beltline Rd is 40 mph: Carrollton motorcycle cop goes behind vehicle going more than 40 mph and got the driver turn into Kelly Blvd corner. There is a warehouse at Columbian Club Dr. / Beltline Rd. this traffic light usually changes color whenever vehicles come to the traffic light so drivers like to speed through. Carrollton cop drive along here to catch speeding drivers from the back.
