Belt Parkway – both directions between Pennsylvania ave and Sunrise Hwy

They are usually out in the open off to the side of the road. Unmarked cars are most common, but they also use marked cars. It seems that the only way to get caught speeding is to not be paying attention. They stick out like a sore thumb if you keep your eyes on the right side of the highway for as far as you can see. The posted speed limit is 50 mph, but traffic moves at 70+ most of the time. If you can read the traffic, then you should not become a victim. When everyone else seems like they are driving too slow, there is probably a squad car waiting a mile or two ahead, scaring all of the drivers to slow to 50 mph.
